NLWC is a not-for-profit corporation with its Headquarters at the Memramcook Institute near Moncton, New Brunswick, and offices in Alexandria, VA, Montreal and Ottawa. NLWC partners with federal government agencies, state and provincial departments, corporations, professional associations, education and community organizations throughout North America, Europe the Pacific Rim and Asia.
